1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using On Da Beat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

On Da Beat is a rhythm and memory game application for iOS devices. The App offers both free features and premium subscription options that unlock additional content and functionality.

3. Subscription Terms

On Da Beat offers the following subscription options:

• Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
• Annual Subscription: $9.99 per year (Best Value)

Subscription terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to modify or create derivative works based on the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and software, are owned by On Da Beat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Da Beat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Refunds

All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple according to their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
